1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RentOyee ("the Service"), a product of Esystematic Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RentOyee is a comprehensive vehicle rental management system that provides:

• Fleet management and vehicle tracking
• Customer relationship management
• Booking and reservation management
• Document verification and storage
• Reporting and analytics
• Payment processing integration

3. User Registration & Accounts

3.1 Account Requirements

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Business Registration

Businesses registering must provide valid documentation including:

• Valid CNIC of the business owner
• Business registration/license documents
• NTN (National Tax Number) if applicable
• Shop/premises photographs

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not share login credentials with unauthorized parties
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Esystematic Technologies
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the Service
• Comply with all applicable Pakistani laws and regulations

5. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed according to the selected plan
• All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of RentOyee are owned by Esystematic Technologies and are protected by Pakistani and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Esystematic Technologies shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Actions of third parties using the Service
• Force majeure events beyond our control

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Fail to maintain valid subscription payments
• Abuse the Service or its resources

Data Retention on Termination: Upon account termination, your data will not be automatically deleted. Data will only be removed upon receipt of a formal data deletion request submitted through our Data Deletion Request Form. Certain data may be retained as required by Pakistani law.

11. Governing Law & Compliance

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, including but not limited to:

• Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016 — Electronic data handling and cyber security
• Electronic Transactions Ordinance (ETO) 2002 — Legal recognition of electronic records
• Contract Act 1872 — Formation and enforcement of contracts
• Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) 1860 — Fraud, misrepresentation, and criminal breach of trust

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
