1 Select Customer

Search and select an existing customer or add a new one.

2 Choose Vehicle

Select an available vehicle from your fleet.

3 Set Dates

Choose pickup date/time and expected return date/time.

4 Payment Details

Enter rental amount, security deposit, and advance payment.

5 Driver Assignment (Optional)

Assign a driver if the rental includes driving service.

6 Generate Agreement

Review and print the rental agreement for signatures.
